Regarding insurance, I accept Medi-Cal, as I am a Provider for Beacon Health Options.

For clients private pay, my fees range from $90/hour to $120/hour.

I work on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and Tuesdays can be arranged.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a Certified Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Healing Shame Practitioner. Between my years of experience in California and my work in Massachusetts, years ago, I have been in the counseling/therapy field for over 23 years.

One of my specialties is working with trauma. Many of my clients are women who were sexually abused, and I have some male clients who suffered sexual abuse as well. Using the tools of Somatic Experiencing, a powerful means of healing trauma, based on the work of Dr. Peter Levine, I treat PTSD, victims of crime and victims of abuse, and I work with anxiety. I provide Somatic Awakening-attunement to the wisdom of one’s body. Another one of my specialties is Healing Shame.

In addition to working with Individuals, my practice includes: Couples Therapy, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. I also work with Families, Adolescents, Children, Heterosexual, Gay, Lesbian, and Bisexual clients. I enjoy offering therapy to other therapists. Through Hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Coaching, I support interns who are preparing to take their MFT licensing exams. I also provide psychotherapy to licensed therapists, co-creating a high level of personal awareness and transformation.
