Jackie is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area who works with adults, youth 10+ and couples utilizing a variety of somatic mind-body approaches. Jackie incorporates yoga, formative psychology and mindfulness as an integrative way to treat anxiety, depression and relationship challenges. Therapy with Jackie incorporates trauma-informed practices to help regulate the nervous system and interactive movement practices to help a client understand how they are holding themselves and generating particular emotions. Jackie is LGBTQ and POC friendly and speaks openly with clients about our identities within society.
