I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) trained in Gestalt and body psychotherapy. Believing that the body holds the wisdom to heal itself, my practice combines talk therapy with various forms of energy work to facilitate awareness around malfunctioning energy patterns both in the body and in the mind. I am certified in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy (a master training in body psychotherapy), yoga therapy and a long-term student of Cranial Sacral therapy. My work integrates body, mind, and Spirit reconnecting disenfranchised parts with the whole so individuals can live fuller more authentic lives.

Often a client is frozen in trauma, either internally or externally induced and their system deregulates becoming “off line”. Over time, patterns get solidified and a way into healing evasive. Guiding choices away from polarities and towards the center brings the system back “on line” where there are balance and health.

Having tools and knowing the language to make contact with the physical, emotional and subtle bodies allows the client to be heard, seen and held on all levels.
