I specialize in working with trauma, couples, and families. I am an attachment-informed Somatic Experiencing and PACT practitioner. I incorporate psychotherapeutic touch and a little bit of Feldenkrais into my work and focus on nervous system re-regulation, particularly for survivors of child abuse and neglect. My background is in integrative wellness, education, addiction treatment, couple and family intensives, and treating symptoms of stress-mediated physical conditions like GI and immune disorders and chronic pain.
