I am a psychologist in private practice since 1981. I am a Supervisor and Certified Bioenergetic Therapist (CBT), integrating Bioenergetic Analysis, contemporary psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and other psychotherapeutic modalities since 1974. I was editor of two publications concerning bioenergetics.

I have written four books about trauma and have published articles in professional journals about it. I have been a local and international speaker, lecturer, and presenter, for professional and general audiences, on topics including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychological recovery for victims of violent crime, relationships, self-esteem, Bioenergetic Analysis, the mind/body connection, and gay/lesbian/bisexual issues.
