I enjoy empowering individuals to find meaning and healing within themselves. As a psychologist, yoga teacher and body worker, I weave together a creative process to assist individuals with personal growth and deep knowing. I am passionate about creating a space where clients can safely engage, deepen, and learn about themselves to create an authentic, fulfilling, and joyful life. I have been working in the field of body-centered therapy since 2004 with adolescents and adults, both individually and in group settings.
