My intention as a somatic therapist is to awaken people to the wisdom inherent in the body and how to access it.

We live our lives in our bodies and experience the world through our senses. Our nervous system is the mediator and registers our responses. The body, therefore, is a wise guide and resource for our lives.Through connecting and listening to the messages carried in the body, clients are guided to choices that support their moving with more ease and freedom in their lives.

Our work together will be collaborative. I am here as your guide. I believe there is a place of wholeness and well-being that already exists within you. Our job, together, is to clear the path of all the obstacles and hindrances, so that you can move more freely and live more fully.

To live fully, you must live fully embodied, which means aligning  body, mind, heart, and soul.

Through gentle touch and intuitive dialogue,I will listen to you with compassion and understanding  providing a safe space to explore and discover your deepest, truest Self.
