Graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration to pursue a career in banking and finance. I held banking relationship responsibilities for the handling of corporate and personal financing and investment opportunities while working for Citibank and Chase Manhattan Bank in Los Angeles, California and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In 1996, I pursued a Masters degree in Social Work that led to conducting individual, from young children to adults, and family psychotherapy. Further certifications in Child Development, EMDR, Marriage and Family Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Touch Skill for Trauma Psychotherapist provided sounded clinical foundations from which to conduct psychotherapeutic evaluation and treatment.
In 2013, I was conferred a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Somatic Psychology from the Chicago School. My dissertation that looked at the relationship between body awareness and mental toughness in collegiate athletes further strengthened my current private practice aimed at assisting athletes and non-athletes to achieve mental peak performance.
