By bringing mindful awareness to the body – our own and our client’s – we begin to develop an exquisite sensitivity and attunement to others. We learn to listen and support the deep intelligence of our client’s physical experience. By slowing down and creating physical experiments in mindfulness, we bring awareness and healing to habitual and limiting patterns. In this one-day workshop, discover key principles of the Hakomi Method through talks, demonstration and experiential learning.

About This Workshop
Have you wanted to work more somatically but haven’t had the tools? Have you been aware of your client’s physical presence—the way they sit, a repetitive gesture, the tightening of their shoulders—but haven’t known how to include it in the therapeutic process?

Learn to listen and support the deep intelligence of your client’s physical experience. By slowing down and creating physical experiments in mindfulness, we bring awareness and healing to habitual and limiting patterns. In this one-day workshop, discover key principles of the Hakomi Method through talks, demonstration and experiential learning.
