The popular interest in mindfulness has exploded in recent years, yet it is also an ancient Eastern practice with thousands of years of history. In this new course, taught by a man who has been immersed in both mindfulness and Focusing for much of his life, we offer you the opportunity to explore how mindfulness and Focusing can enhance and support each other, in a new fusion of the two that David Rome calls “Mindful Focusing.” Course taught by phone.
